Been coming here for years. Customer service at the front desk has become pretty awful. One person took name and number 3 times while the other person is very rude on the phone with negative tone and slams phone down at the end of every call. Also I've been trying to get cgm sensors for 3 weeks to no avail and first next available appointment is another month away. Looking for a new endocrinologist.
Office staff made first visit impossible. Voicemail run-around, good luck!
This clinic is amazing! I was able to see Dr. Abosede so quickly and she was not only able to resolve my problem but she did it in a very empathetic way. The front desk staff was very kind, courteous, and understanding of my situation. Would highly recommend!
