I am very disappointed with the lack of professional communication at this clinic. I completed an initial intake for a highly time-sensitive matter, only to be left waiting for four weeks. During that month, I was asked for follow-up information twice, yet was eventually told the matter was "outside of their scope." An out-of-scope determination should be made immediately upon intake, not a month later after the relevant deadlines have already passed.
