Therapy with Kurt was "ok" but it is nothing to write home about. Therapy with Faye was very poor. I would not recommend her to anyone. My main concern is as follows: The rating is a 2/5 due to poor / greedy business practices. I asked if they could provide documentation that was requested by my university. Instead of a simple answer; yes or no, I was sent a poorly worded, grammatically incorrect, and unprofessional emailing saying they were not able to assist. Very rude attitude by counselor. Would not recommend. She was judgmental and the opposite of what a good counselor should be.
