Their realtor Jessica Limbevska is an absolute scam artist who does not care for her clients. She found my sister an apartment that looked nice to the eye but did not bother checking any of the required amenities. I would not do business with them even if my life depended on it.
A few of us have tried getting a hold of them via some listings they have but we can never seem to get a response. No idea why landlords choose them to represent their apartments considering you have to actually respond to get an apartment rented
Brokers are rude and short and skip "confirmed" appointments. Photos of listings don't represent actual units. Don't waste your time on anything listed by Abode.

I am relocating to NYC and came across an ad listed by Benjamin Fader. I asked if the renter will be able to control the heat as the unit is basically a basement apartment. Additionally, nothing in the ad stated heat was included in the rent or any information on included utilities. I received a condescending message stating “As with any apt where heat is included in the rent, the building controls the heat.” Thank you, for not including information in the listing, your curt response, and over generalization.
