Astounded to say the least that Abode Black Bear asked us to list the things wrong with the very expensive Deer Valley unit we were renting over Spring Break before declining to send us what properties were available for our next trip there. Our noise complaints were warranted per the policy that Black Bear has but they decided not to help. Instead they never apologized or made us feel welcome.
