I had a very poor experience with abode. They made statements that they didn’t follow through on. They waited until the very last second to pull an offer that delayed my process of selling my home. Lowballed the offer to me anyways. I would honestly rather pay realtor fees and everything else than to be strung alone the way that these people did to me. Finding myself in a bad situation by contacting a cash buyer I thought was trust worthy for them to use my situation against me and try to back me into something I wouldn’t usually accept, I was five days away from having my home auctioned for. Ack property taxes and had planned on closing with this other company on 4 days prior but they refused and said they weren’t under contract and wanted me to pretty much sign my home away for$77k. Abode Homebuyers made the process of & a home quick and easy! Lyndon was great to work with! My mom Brenda Orchard wanted to sell one of her rentals as is without fixing and cleaning up the house and they made that possible! Highly recommend them!
