Our experience with Abode has been extremely disappointing. It often felt like they were advocating for the contractor rather than protecting the homeowner, which is concerning for a program that is supposed to operate with consumer safety and compliance in mind. My heat pump consultation through EnergizeCT was totally useless. The "report" I received about my consultation contained a bunch of general information that is on the EnergizeCT website. I received it from a person who was not even a person I did the consultation with.
Correcting my original poor review after the INCREDIBLE customer service Ive received from Mark and team. Was given the run around by mass save and homeworks who were quick to place blame on Abode. Mass Save Homeworks left my house in shambles and the job undone. From my understanding Abode does their billing so they placed blame there. After MONTHS of fighting for a refund I was able to get in contact with Mark and his team who handled my issues professionally and quickly. Our inspector Jason C. was great. He was clear, professional, and knows his stuff. The office staff at AbodeEM were also quick to respond to email, which I really appreciated.
