Trying to get ahold of them is impossible even while living here via phone or email. Their online portal doesn’t work and they’ll blame you for it. While leaving you in an inconvenient position to pay via moneygram every month. I was late on rent several times due to their online portal not working, then I was told after that I would no longer be able to pay online because I was late.
