Good luck trying to reach someone! They have these automated emails that come through to make you think they care, NOT! The pay portal is never working. You’re forced to make a payment via money gram. The parking here SUCKS! They charge $85 for a community fee but no pool Or clubhouse. The back door entrance lock is not working, put an order in and was told there are several locks in the property that broken as well-mine is still not fixed, I have not heard anything back. Trying to get ahold of them is impossible even while living here via phone or email. Their online portal doesn’t work and they’ll blame you for it. While leaving you in an inconvenient position to pay via moneygram every month. I was late on rent several times due to their online portal not working, then I was told after that I would no longer be able to pay online because I was late.
