I recently toured Abode at Carolina Forest and was blown away by the experience! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the team. The community is absolutely beautiful—everything is so well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. I loved the layout of the homes, especially the fenced-in backyards and screened porches. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Paige and Tia were wonderful to deal with and really made us feel at home before we even moved in. We actually feel like we have a home now after living in Carolina Forrest for the past 2 years at a different rental property. Joe is also the best maintenance person me and my wife have ever had in our years of renting.
First let me start by saying that we have tour every complex from Calabash to Murrells Inlet and this is the only one I would live at. The staff is amazing and care. You are not just a number to them and you are truly someone. We have rented a 3 bedroom and because of some circumstances with the sale of our condo we have had to push back the date. How many managers would go out of there way to help you out with this. So many times you rent and then things change but not here. I cannot say enough about the level of service yo... read more
The townhomes are of great quality, and we truly enjoy our new place! Paige helped us with our tour and answered all our questions. She was very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the move-in process. Everyone at the office is super friendly and has been very helpful with all of our questions. Our maintenance requests have been resolved promptly, and Joe (the maintenance technician) has been very professional and knowledgeable. He truly cares about what he does!
