Binocular repair was supposed to take 25 weeks (!) and be delivered 2/13/17. now the 25th and the company appears to be wiped off the planet, no email, website "under repair", phone no longer in service. I'll bet theres a big "no questions asked" binocular sale going on Palmetto Florida
Owner sends confusing emails, is very rude on the phone, won't take credit cards, and laughs at you on the phone if you ask a question. I hope I get my Binoculars back. Called for status, they say it takes 25 weeks to repair, call back in August!!
