So I’ve rented from this company several times and was always satisfied with my service. I have to say they have a wonderful office staff Miss Sandra and Mr. Frank However, this last time for my cancer survivor event on July 4, 2026 when I placed the order for the rental equipment, I explained to them that I was having a elegant reception celebration And that I needed the tent to reflect that. Office staff is incredibly friendly! Very welcoming office space. The event we are renting the tent/table/chairs for has not happened yet but I expect everything will be in great condition, based on the fact that staff was diligently cleaning tents when I was at the office.
This company has the best pricing I found in the Tri City area. Super accommodating. On time delivery and pick up by really nice guys. Made party set up a breeze. Definitely would recommend and use again.
I never bought from here personally but my gf did for her wedding n it was good
