If I could give them zero stars I would.. wont return phone calls.. I called them in good faith to repair my recently widowed mother’s unit. The young man came out, repaired the unit but said he needed a part. He charged mom 400 and never returned to finish the job after swearing to me that he would be back that Friday. Called daily for weeks.. had to call another company to repair and cost another 400! I like Nancy never get a call back, Mike the father really sold me, promised 5 years service and if purchased salt from them it would be beneficial since they are trained to review the system while there. I have left 5 messages in last two weeks without a word. I guess it does not matter how long the service promise is if they dont answer. Might as well been lifetime guarantee. He plays Christian music while installing......? Very disappointed in service. System I guess is working

They installed a descale system two years ago and have not returned at least twenty calls requesting a filter replacement for their system! Father and son team were very pleasant at the install but now I can't get them back to service what they put in! This should not be a big deal to do but I can't even get a referral to another company to maintain this system! It seems to me the $1500 I paid for the install would at least prompt some kind of customer service!
