We’ve called him for service & maintenance on our central heat/air. Great timing, great price, great service. Also replaced a 25 year old heat/air unit at my mother’s and did an amazing job. Always courteous, respectful, informative, timely & priced right!
The people are nice , but so are used car salesmen. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone though. Worked on my a c unit three different times never could fix it , right. They replaced a valve saying it was leaky , which I don't believe it was. Tom dexler company came out , found a crack in the free on compressor tank. Because it was over fielded one time , and I know who did it , they fired the guy , at least he said he fired him at abner's. Lot of wasted money. I’m over due on this review. Clint Abner of Abner’s heating and cooling is top notch. November 2024 I called him to service my parents heating unit. Clint was prompt and professional. I’ve utilized his services at my home, and recommended him to my neighbor. He is knowledgeable and always comes through. As I said, he’s prompt and professional and provides service second to none.
These guys were awesome. They came out to my parents house within 2 minutes of calling them. By the grace of god they had a spare igniter on thier truck. Steven, Clint, and the 2 sons were a blessing and they will get all my calls for ac or heating issues.
Very knowledgeable and professional. I will certainly use Abner’s again for all my future heating and cooling needs!
