I parked faithfully with ABM for over 3 years. I thought I knew how to properly cancel my account, but I received a very rude call this morning advising that I didn't actually cancel it and that there was a process, and it may be too late. Even after apologizing and trying to explain what I thought I did was cancelling my account, she continued to yell, stating “we’ll (ABM assuming) keep the billing as is and will not cancel your account” and hung up the phone on me.
