First visit, incredibly helpful lady and seemed to cover all facets of what it purports to be, a shop with aids for the needy. Well done. Good parking a plus in view of a town centre location.
I would personally like to thank the 2 amazing ladies who handled my purchase of my mobility scooter at Congleton today, their names are Paula and Linda, they were fantastic and couldn't help us enough, they explained everything to us in plain simple English,guided us at every step, and their manners and customer service were 5star

Cannot praise Linda and her colleague enough! Bought new batteries for a power chair today. They were fitted, I was rung to say it was ready for collection. When I arrived Linda went through the assembly and instructions with me, she went above and beyond what customer service was required. Can highly recommend anyone to use this store and the wealth of knowledge and experience of the staff. Thank you for you're help.
