I’m not sure why Savers and Goodwill get such a bad rap for being overpriced when places like this want $50 for a disgusting used plain gray blazer. I go through 2 racks, hundreds of shirts and it’s all company custom shirts or event shirts. Anything remotely recognizable is priced at $15 like a pair of LL bean khakis that would be $7 anywhere else. I know it’s for charity but that’s no excuse to be this bad, I’m just never going to waste my time. The ppl pricing need a reality check. I’m sick of this garbage.
Decent place to look for resale finds. Fair prices for a not for profit resale shop. Not as much turnover as other for profit resales. Aisles are clear and organized.
The trinkets and housewares are decent. Comparable quality to Goodwill, but with much better organization, and a wider selection. They do color tag discounts. There are absolute gems to be found, if you're patient enough to dig. The clothing on the other hand, is terribly overpriced. As a result, the racks are overstuffed, making it difficult to even browse. Hard to find clothes under $6, even if it's crap. I was so impressed at how well laid out the store is. It’s huge. Everything is so organized and separated out by category, or holiday. I only came to look for Housewares, but it appeared they had tons of clothes. I found some beautiful vintage Christmas ornaments, still in the box, for $2.99. There were six boxes and I bought them all. If I were to buy those at an antique store, they would’ve been a minimum of $15. They had a ton of Christmas and Halloween decor.
