I had heard that Able Tire and Brake were the best tire shop around. I was there yesterday to have a tire repaired, ended up having to buy a new one. Took close to 2 hrs for them to put on the tire because they couldn't figure out how to put my spare back into my car. I actually offered to show them- it's a no-brainer to Google how to put it back into the rear of a Volvo XC90, but they just trying and kept me waiting. I finally told them to throw it into the back. Able Tire and Brake is my go to place in Novato. They have helped me every time I just drop in with a car problem, whether it’s a tire with a nail in it or today when it’s pouring rain and my windshield wipers got tangled up and wouldn’t work properly. Kevin and Steve and a Spanish speaking gentleman all kindly and graciously and with due speed all got it working and even told me that I will in the near future need the arm that attaches the wiper blade to the wiper motor.
