Able Storage in ************* ** is by far the most disappointing place to do business with the office staff are rude and unprofessional They do not communicate with customers in regards to increasing rates or if they have a change in policies they simply feel they can charge and do whatever they please because they have your belongings so you will pay or they try add fees to make it impossible to get your belongings back from them what a horrible business practice.
There are RATS peeing and derivations all over my furniture and belongings. A dead rat is on my dining room table... I have complained about the droppings since March of this year and have been ignored... I pay $224 a month for the past 18 months which means upwards of $4000!!!! My entire 3 bedroom home with new furniture my piano and belongings are in that storage with rat droppings and a **** of a smell!!! I'm going to have to throw away my furniture...
