I went into this establishment today to return a part that I thought was wrong for my leaf blower. I spoke to a gentleman who i suspect is the owner. I explained my problem and he asked if I had the blower with me I said yes and so I brought it in. The gentleman looked at it and took a piece of the broken part and repaired the blower. I asked the gentleman whats my cost and he said nothing it was my pleasure gave me a fist bump and send me on my way to work. Able Saw is a great place to buy and service Stihl equipment. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. They also are good at saw sharpening and engine maintenance.
dropped off last June (10 months ago) still nothing! Used to be good service, but not anymore. Very disappointing.
It’s been going on 5 months and they still have my saw.. Update: just called the other day and said they couldn’t fix it. Let’s see what they charge me when I go to pick it up.
