Owner is brutal to deal with. Would not do business with again
Great little family business, knowledgeable technicians, and friendly office staff. I got several quotes for a rain gutter repair and installation of a new section and Able Rain Gutter was the best value and very easy to work with. I would recommend them if you need rain gutter repair or maintenance.
Owner of Company came out (very nice man) took measurements, gave me a quote, he said he'd email quote and daughter would call to set an install date. No email, no call. I've called at least 6 times in the past week. No answer and mailbox full.
Made an appointment with this firm for today between 9-930 am. After 10 am I called them and there is no answer that their office. I left a message and also an email asking if they were coming. It is now 11:22 am and still no response. Not professional, not responsive and not the type firm you want to hire.
