Not so Professional at all... I would not have written a review here but felt that the review from 2009 was no longer accurate, if it ever was. The work done by Jeff and his crew putting in a new liner for our pool was slipshod at best. The liner fit the pool like a baggy pair of khakis on an orangutan. It looked horrible with creases and lines and bags everywhere. We talked to the manufacturer who assured us that it was made to the measurements, but the measurements were bad. In my experience with Able Pools, they have performed their job professionally at all times. They have worked for us for many years in a high-end neighborhood. (My husband was a Chemical Engineer before he went on to his present occupation and they have always met his standards) They have always followed up on anything that we asked them about and called us back in a timely manner. After an absolutely horrible experience with another company (in West Columbia), I called Able Pools. They returned the call THE SAME DAY! Showed up when scheduled. Repaired my pump and were priced fair. Professional and courteous. THANKS AGAIN!
