Extremely rude customer service from man working today! He would not help me with what I needed to buy for my pool because it wasn't purchased there! He said," it's like buying a steak at another resteraunt and bringing it to his resteraunt to cook." We are happy that we have a pool here in hot El Paso to ease our minds of not being near a beach. However, I wish there was another installer in the area. The customer service started to be great (wheel us in for sale), to being disrespected (already baited in), to repairing customer relationship (damage control), then back to lack of communication (poor customer service). Highly disappointed. I could go on and on; however, I believe we have waisted enough energy.
Able Pool and Spa in El Paso Texas has once again dazzled me with expertise on spa maintenance. Rowena has a gem of an employee in Mark. He is very knowledgeable on everything to do with Spa maintenance. He has once again helped me troubleshoot issues I've had with my tub. I am a lifelong customer of this business. Pool took forever to get finished, I know I live on east side but they started 2.5 months ago and just barely got inspection on 15th!
