SCAMMER ALERT! Used this company a few years back. We made the mistake of using this guy to fix our sub-pump in our basement. He did not repair the pump, but cut all the wires to the safety shut up (when it overflows). We paid with a bank draft and for two single mom's who were trying to make it by, this man took advantage. After "completing the job" he took off and refused to pick up our calls. Problem was fixed by Mainline Plumbing & Heating.

absolutely terrible service. scammer. payed in full bank drafts. says he wasn’t payed. attached lien to our home. been fighting for 5 years. no help for honest people. Out of 10 contractors no problem except Gerry Whailen. still at our door step. can’t shake him. please stay away from him. Loretta and Cyril jones.

Highway Robbery. Rounded up the hours he spent on the job and travel time. it never takes 1.5 hours to get to Hixon from Prince George. His rates are through the roof. Threatened to sue us for not paying. $125 an hour for labour, $1.50 per kilometer for travel. Stay away from this guy. He was going to come back to do more work, thank god we told him not to.

Do not hire Jerry Whelan, he is a scammer and will screw you over, shoddy work, and will try to use the court system and liens to try to extract more money from you. His license should be taken away, bad contractor.
