This is now my 2nd time using Able, they are a great and efficient team. I had sent in an enquiry yesterday morning after not being able to get my heating to come on. I had an engineer with me within 2 hours of being told they would be with me at some point in the afternoon. They guys quickly figured out the problem and had it fixed in no time. Could not be happier with the serviced received and also how reasonably priced they are. Cannot recommend these guys enough! Thank you again so much!
It is rare to be ABLE to give positive feedback but with Able Plumbing Solutions it is a pleasure. From start to finish their communication is perfect and everything flows from there. Service booked, reminder, then call from engineer on the day to confirm time of arrival. Engineer (Jaime) friendly, approachable but professional. Helpful, tidy, and efficient. I've used Able Plumbing for a few years. Most recently was for a boiler service which they had to replace a part for all done within the allocated time slot. They also fitted a new kitchen tap at the same time.
