Friendly, polite and honest staff. Communication could be slightly better. But ultimately, they provided an excellent service brass tacks. I had two insurance claims in to be repaired, the staff at Able Motor Bodies assured me they would have me in and out before Christmas - and they were true to their word. I will use them again, absolutely, and recommend them in future.

Extremely unprofessional experience. I initially contacted him and was given an appointment after a month — I waited patiently. When I called again after a month, he said it wasn’t possible and rescheduled for two months later. I agreed again. After two months, he completely stopped responding — no calls, no replies to my messages. I finally contacted the person who referred me, and only then did I get a vague promise that he’d call me by the end of the day. That call never came. I had a great experience with this repair service. The staff was very friendly and professional throughout the process. The work was completed on time, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Although the repair was covered by insurance and I only paid the assessment fee, the overall service was excellent. I would definitely use their services again if needed and highly recommend them to others.
