I went with my uncle to rent a wheelchair on a short term basis. The woman who helped us (she was from England) was helpful and friendly. When my uncle returned the wheelchair on his own, a different woman was working and was rude and unkind. When my uncle asked for help getting the wheelchair out of his trunk she refused and said there was no one to help him. A kind customer offered and he was able to return the chair. I found Able through the Doctor /Col.Mother of a friend who said she used Able products in her Orthopedic practice (Now Retired both Army and Medical Practice). I was having a very hard time trying to find the "Original" JACKSON CERVI-PILLOW. They had this much needed cervical pillow , were friendly , efficient and I had my pillows in record time. I was looking for a scooter for my dad. When I saw that Able Medical did all the paperwork for Medicare for me, I called them up. And my dad and I came down to look to see what they had in stock. They had several to choose from. And after trying them out my Dad chose one. The sales rep did all the paperwork, And Medicare reimbursed him a good portion of the cost. My Dad is very satified with the independence he has with his scooter. Thanks Able Medical for giving this back to him. Bob Sanford.

My Mother who lives in Tampa needed compession stockings. We tried the local drug stores,but all they had were cheap ones that did not work well. I found Able Medical through super pages and we went in for a free fitting. The sales lady that helped us was very patient and gave us some information that otherwise we would not have gotten at the local drugstore.
