They never contacted me after my intake
They said they need the paperwork by Monday in order for me to have my appointment on Monday. Fine. This is Saturday afternoon. I was about to submit my paperwork when I noticed they canceled my appointment. They have extremely poor communication. If they wanted the paperwork by friday, they should have said so. If they wanted it by Saturday at a certain time, they should have said so. They just said "by Monday." Again, poor communication.
