This place is the most unorganized place ive ever worked from top of the chain all the way down.. you will be lucky to find a few good lead/employees in the whole plant overworked and underpaid. The management doesn’t appreciate your hard work and it always falls back on you no matter what department you are in but it definitely starts at the top.. VERY unorganized and NO communication.
After 41 years of service.You lay me off on my anniversary,because of my pay.And kept 70 hours of pto. That’s not the way you treat a Dedicated Employee.Who was making you millions of dollars a year.I will pray for you!
OTR: Live Load / Unload. Monday-Friday, 6am-3pm. No overnight parking. Follow appointment time. Limited space for short-term parking. One way in / out. Only one lane, no room for passing. Poor lighting. A lot of equipment is very close to the travel lane. To get to the one dock for a 53' trailer, wrap it all the way around back. There is enough space to turn around at the dock and back straight in. Bathroom inside. Fast loading out. Friendly crew. No seals provided.
