Don’t apply here if you are looking for immediate work because bills don’t wait . It took them 3 weeks to call me for the home visit training .The DSW manager has a nasty attitude her name Yvonne Or something like that .She got mad cause she asked me can I attend training at (4pm) which is outside of my availability. I don’t recommend this agency to anyone. The office manager is very rude and talks down to you. Yur paycheck will never be right week to week your salary changes and no one can explain why. They don’t train you before sending you to a clients house. The guy supervisor say they going to come meet you at home and never show up.don’t go here. Don’t know how this place is still open
These people are nice folks, but they're running a shoddy operation here. My first day on the job, providing personal care in someone's home, alone, for the first time EVER, l got zero training. They didn't have me shadowing anyone, and there l was on my own dealing with a sick old man who needed much more help than l was even able to provide.
