We had a deck torn down and patio installed in 2021. We started having sinking pavers in 2023, which were evident when it rained and puddled. We have the same issue again and now pavers that have corners sitting up. We are still under warranty. We’ve been calling them for weeks, sent a contact form from their internet site, emailed them and sent a message via Facebook messenger. No response whatsoever, so I’m hoping they may see this and finally respond.

We had Rick and Arturo come out last year in May (2024) to replace a water feature pump that had burnt out. In February of 2025 the pump stopped working so I called and emailed Rick many times, as well as the main number to Able Landscape, to come out as well as see if the pump was under warranty. After months of feeling ghosted by the company, David Harlow actually called me back in early May and said he would research the pump installation with Arturo and get back to me. Very professional. Everything was done to my expectations and anytime I had a question they would answer it in terms I could understand. If the time comes to do any other projects they will be my first choice.

I contracted with Able to do some landscaping/retaining walls two in the front and one in the back and replace a deck floor in the back. We signed the contract on July 4, 2022. They didn't finish the projects until November of 2022. I was told they would start them three to four weeks after they received the contracts. Into Sept. before they began.
