I would recommend not using their services, and I’m sharing my experience with Feril Kapadia based on what I’ve personally experienced. It’s been 3 years, and after the policy was sold, the communication has been extremely poor. Calls are unanswered, messages aren’t returned, and the premium increased from what was initially presented. Worst insurance company,i am trying to cancel my insurance from 2 weeks but they are not cancelling , they are just transferring the calls to each other and no one gives the resolution, i recvimmend to others dont waste your money and time with this company and their brokers.

I had a very bad experience with this broker, they employ incompetent agents who don't know how to do their job, they lack communication and professionalism, I was connected by an Agent called Harjot from Alberta, he jumped through hoops to get to me through fake emails, and when I decided to give him a shot, he told me to go buy insurance from someone else when I simply asked for an update.
