Overpriced insurance and their not located in Memphis anymore
The lady at the Covington Pike office has always been very good to me. I'm elderly and she has helped me. I appreciate her patience and kindness.
Don’t shop with them. You can definitely find cheaper insurance. Erin completed my policy otp, while I was at the dealership. Took advantage of the fact I was being rushed. She added wayyy more to the policy than she was supposed to and I’ve just had an bad experience in general. Don’t recommend the company or the general after my experiences.
