Working with Able Home Performance was the worst decision I have made as a new home owner. From the 20+ hours it took me to clean up their insulation mess throughout my entire house and attic to the exploding shower head they installed (not something I asked for) I regret the day I decided to work with this company. It’s been over a month with no resolution or anyone to come review the work at my house despite my numerous requests to review with someone from their team.
Guys were great. Good collaboration and checked everything. Took pictures of before and after so hoping we have a resolution.

Allison was amazing to work with for the Mass Saves inspection and clearly very knowledgeable in this space. I went forward with all the recommended work and am very happy with the results. Their crews were very professional and respectful, kept the space clean and finished the work quickly. The ability to text one number throughout the project whether to ask a question about the initial inspection, during and after construction made communication very seamless and easy to access.
Decent but far from a great experience. The siding on our house was old so yes we did sign a damage waiver to remove liability from Able but the guys didn't even try to replace it without cracking it and in some cases just drilled hole through it. Our home was left looking like a hurricane hit it. The contractors also used our bathroom way too much. Coming in and out every 15 minutes and they somehow broke the new door handle.
