Absolute scam of a company. I sincerely regret not reading the previous negative reviews that others have left. I had Dennis come out to look at our heat pump in late December 2023 and he said he wasn't sure if the heat pump was leaking or it never was filled with refrigerant. Rather than looking for the leak across all of the piping, he recommended putting in a leak stop and filling the heat pump with refrigerant.
