Unprofessional and incompetent I don't like to write negative reviews but this experience was SO bad, I'd like to save other people the terrible experience we had with Able Heating & Air. They actually were recommended to us, so we were glad to call someone friends we knew trusted to fix our furnace on a snowy day. Horrible Customer Service and Attitude!!! Would not recommend! Re-did review on July 24, 2009 We just turned on our AC for the first time this year and it was not cooling the house. We called Able Heating and AC to come out. Tory was 4 hours late (never called to let me know) and was rude and not willing to listen or solve the problem.
