I switched from another hearing aid company about a year ago because they were more accessible and available when I needed. I was very happy with them. My only complaint is that I have seen 3 different audiologists in one and half years. For some reason, they’re unable to keep staff.
Horrible phone call. Just need my aid repaired. No one there for a week to help what would take 2 seconds to fix. More interested in me making an appointment than getting my aid fixed. Person hung up on me. All I asked was if i could drop it off for repair.
Robert was FANTASTIC with my 88 year old father. Spent time getting to know him. Very personable. The receptionist was very sweet and helpful. I highly recommend Able Hearing for any hearing testing and/or hearing aids.
What an experience! I am visiting from out of town and my hearing aids started acting up. Robert and Jack went out of their way to help me and clean my hearing aids. They were very kind and did an outstanding job. Thank you!!
I came to ABEL HEARING while visiting in the area from CAnada. I contacted them by email and had such a positive response from Jack, the assistant, that I was encouraged to make an appointment in the hope that the specialist, Robert Greiner would be able to fix the problems I was experiencing with my hearing aids. Indeed, Robert was able to restore my hearing quickly and efficiently with a few changes to my aids. To say that it was affordable, would be an understatement!
