What an experience! I am visiting from out of town and my hearing aids started acting up. Robert and Jack went out of their way to help me and clean my hearing aids. They were very kind and did an outstanding job. Thank you!!
I came to ABEL HEARING while visiting in the area from CAnada. I contacted them by email and had such a positive response from Jack, the assistant, that I was encouraged to make an appointment in the hope that the specialist, Robert Greiner would be able to fix the problems I was experiencing with my hearing aids. Indeed, Robert was able to restore my hearing quickly and efficiently with a few changes to my aids. To say that it was affordable, would be an understatement!
Employees were very friendly and professional. The reason I was there was taken care of in a timely manner. I am disabled and I was treated with respect. I was helped with my coat and with the doors as I left.
When I started with Able Hearing, it was wonderful in the support available. Since it was sold, the support has decreased to practically nothing, and I would no longer suggest this a company with which to deal - sorry! To add to my reviews: called and left a message but they never returned my call. Today there was no answer, and no way to leave a message. They replied to my review a week ago, and said they would be in touch, but no action whatsoever. (6/26)
