Hired to make about 13 screens for our home. First, supposedly, the item that was ordered was incorrect. Then we were told that the correct item is on backorder. Ok - what can you do, right? Except once the materials came in, we were told they would be completed in a few days. That turned into about two weeks. And the quality is terrible.
