very poor customer service. operating under three different businesses. Owner of business very rude and verbally aggressive. did not rectify issue with my evaporative system and insist on call out fee payment. Was told that there was no issue with the system. But insisted that we pay the call out fee or just service the unit. Got a second opinion and indeed the valve was not working and got that replaced.
