From calling to scheduling an appointment it was just simple. The receptionist Karen was so helpful and wanted to make sure she understood what my electrical concerns were. She suggested sending pictures of the outlets. She made sure my concerns were addressed when she called back to schedule a service call with me. Gave me appointment options based on what worked for me. Technician, Steve showed up early, shoes off without being asked, showed him my 2 issues. He had the parts he needed and got right to work.
