Steve was the Tech that came to my home for service regarding an abnormal power surge issue at my main panel. He explained what could have caused the issue, checked all the connections for damage, and explained what I should add to my panel to help if the issue ever happens again. Also replaced a faulty GFI outlet due to the surge. Rates were fair and the service was impeccable. Thanks again! Will refer Able to friends/family.
