Took the day off of work to be home for a technician to be at our house between 12-2pm for a chimney cleaning. Called the office when no one arrived and got a rude employee who said he’d have to get back to me in 48hrs to schedule another appointment. 🤦♂️ No thanks!!
Fred is such a wonderful and kind man. We always get great service from him. He is very focused on fire safety and helps us figure out any fire risks we might have when he comes to sweep the chimney. He's quick and efficient and even reaches out to me every season with a reminder to get the chimney swept. We won't use anyone else!
