I had a stairlift installed for my mom in November 2024. Since then it has been stuck twice at an angle that it was so dangerous for my mom. This time they said we have to pay over $300 service charge since the warranty is over. Awful product. It is all computerized and is not worth it. Also, we have to wait 2 days for the service person to come and fix it. In the meantime my mom has to walk up and down the stairs with her painful knee.

I needed a stair lift installed fairly quickly. Ben stopped by my house the very next morning to scope out the job, spent time with me helping to decide whether to buy or rent a stair lift, and scheduled the install. His installer installed the unit just a few days later and it works perfectly. They seem like a really decent family-owned business. Highly recommended.
