I am totally satisfied with the cooperation and insight that Able Care has provided a solution to my problem with gaining access to our house for my daughters power wheelchair Trent suggested installing a portable wheelchair platform lift without any electrical connection thusly saving us money and time. The whole team including Sarah made the process a pleasant experience.

Our stairlift installer did an excellent job from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They explained everything clearly, completed the work efficiently, and made sure we understood how to use the stair lift before leaving. we highly recommend their services.
I had a stairlift installed for my mom in November 2024. Since then it has been stuck twice at an angle that it was so dangerous for my mom. This time they said we have to pay over $300 service charge since the warranty is over. Awful product. It is all computerized and is not worth it. Also, we have to wait 2 days for the service person to come and fix it. In the meantime my mom has to walk up and down the stairs with her painful knee.
