The lady at the front was pleasant even when the customer in front of me was having a melt down because he didn't get his way and there was nothing she could do. After that incident, they assisted me greatly. Were very communicative and knowledgeable. They even helped me replace a small battery in my key that another place told me would cost me 250$. This is the second time I've brought my car here. I've been very satisfied on both occasions. This time the damage meant my personalized decal would be gone. Mitchell made sure to have the decal made to exactly match the original. The repair was done promptly once the parts came in and I had a loaner car to use in the meantime. Highly recommend for friendly service. I had a great conversation with the receptionist she was lovely.
Got my car fixed recently. Great customer service and communication.
