This company was very prompt. Came the same day I called. Found the problem with my dryer. Got the parts and I was up and running again quickly. . Thank you for your promptness, professionalism, and quality of work.
Waited all day for the tech to show up. It's now 5pm and nobody has showed. The women who answered the phone couldn't find the tech.. Convenient for them... I see this is the standard operating procedure for these clowns..
This company is absolutely horrible. My warranty company sent them out to fix my washing machine. I never received a call from the company. When I called to make an appointment the man who the phone was extremely rude. I asked if I could have a time frame in the afternoon, he stated "hopefully" we will get someone out between your requested time. I called the morning of my appointment and he literally yelled at me and told me to stop bothering him or he would cancel my appointment. I received a phone call from the technician... read more
These clowns need to go back to the circus. The "technician" was unable to diagnose my dishwasher problem and did not follow up. He listened to my dishwasher when it was not running and declared the pump broken. I showed him the pump was operating and asked about the error codes. He was uninterested in the codes. He charged me for the house call, indicated he would call Monday with parts info and return. He did neither. They agreed to refund but have been unable unwilling to produce it.
