I mentioned to a friend that my refrigerator was not making ice cubes and she recommended Able Appliance who repaired her built in Kitchen Aid.  Not easy to replace a built in appliance so I called them on a Monday and Doug arrived at 10 am the Tuesday morning.  So thankful as I had multiple issues due to the “fan” not working. I was scheduled with Able quickly without a long waiting time. My Technician's name was Drew. He was very professional, knowledgeable and explained everything. I feel Able Company is an excellent company. I feel the technician was fantastic and the company is very reliable.

This is the  second time we’ve had John, the Able Appliance technician, come to our home to repair an appliance.  Not only is he an extremely knowledgeable and talented technician, he is customer focused and a pleasure to deal with.  In the future, anytime we need to have an appliance repaired, we will use Able Appliance and specifically asked them to send John.  He is clearly an asset to Able Appliance!
