I was scheduled with Able quickly without a long waiting time. My Technician's name was Drew. He was very professional, knowledgeable and explained everything. I feel Able Company is an excellent company. I feel the technician was fantastic and the company is very reliable.
This is the second time we’ve had John, the Able Appliance technician, come to our home to repair an appliance. Not only is he an extremely knowledgeable and talented technician, he is customer focused and a pleasure to deal with. In the future, anytime we need to have an appliance repaired, we will use Able Appliance and specifically asked them to send John. He is clearly an asset to Able Appliance!
