They came out for five minutes and charged me $107 to tell me there’s nothing they can do and besides replace the unit. I did some more digging and fixed it for $132 for a new panel. They quoted me over $1100.
Used this company a couple of times now for repairs and they've been great. They've been prompt, they commuicate well and upfront and very fair pricing. Both technicians were professional and performed the repair to our satisfaction.
If I could leave a 0 star I would. We had an appointment set up. No call no show. We had to call them. Set it up for another date and time. Again no call no show. So we called somebody else and the other company was wonderful. Came out the same day, and told us exactly what was wrong.
Outstanding experience, very professional actually early for the appointment and very knowledgeable and thorough
