I called and spoke with Erin about needing my dishwasher repaired and was able to get an appointment very quick. That was awesome. Alex came out and knew exactly what was needed to fix the issue. They came to diagnose a washer issue. He turned the water on and spent less than 5 minutes and told me it was 1 issue. Charged 106 for a diagnosis that was incorrect. He did not tell me there was a leak as he did not truly look for more than a couple minutes for the leak to start happening. Finally, an appliance repair business that has integrity, expertise, professionalism, friendly demeanor and reasonable prices. Wahoo! So happy to find Able and Ready Appliance Repair. They are great at setting appointments, calling when they are on the way, communicating what needs done and then getting done in a timely manner. If you need your appliances repaired, you need these folks.
Scott just left our house and quickly diagnosed our oven issues - our whole experience with this company was phenomenal. Prompt response, reasonable price for a service call, professional and friendly. Would absolutely use them again!
