We contacted this company 2 weeks in advance to set up a reservation to be dropped off and picked up on new years eve. They dropped us off, but then we we called to make sure they were on their way to pick us up, we were told they couldnt find one of their cars. We had 2 cars on the way because we had a large group. Rather than sending one car, they just left us stranded, and told us to find another ride home.
