Had a very negative experience with Able Air. We initially had no problems the first year and renewed our service plan. The service plan included 4 quarterly visits where Able Air is supposed to reach out and schedule. It was prepaid in advance. When I wasn’t contacted for the 3rd quarter I reached out to schedule and was met with a lot of attitude about how busy they were. I was offered late nights for the next 2 months. Brian came to our rescue! Our AC hadn't been working correctly for a long time and little did we know the previous AC company had hooked our brand new AC unit up incorrectly so it wasn't operating properly. He found and fixed all the issues and our house has never been this cool. We actually had to turn it up it was so cold! We highly recommend Able AC and have signed up for yearly maintenance. Can't say enough great things!!!

Our AC went out on us at 8pm during a heat wave! Panic calling every company in our area and the ONLY company responsive was this one! Came out quick and had our ac back up in running in less than an hour. So thankfully for Able Ac. Highly recommend!!

Very responsive. Responded quickly to our a/c vent leaking. Arrived quickly, diagnosed and repaired it quickly. I highly recommend.
