Made an appointment a month in advance. No-show today and when I called, they stated the unit was too old to service. They should have called and informed me-Courtesy & good customer sevice. Also promissed a call back in a few minutes over several hours ago. They serviced it 3 years ago and I followed all their recommendations. Friendly but incompetent.

Kris Canham is a fantastic representative for Able Access Elevator. She’s kind, efficient, and puts the customer first. I was working under a tight deadline to fix an elevator, and even on short notice, she made it happen. I truly appreciate her and the entire team at Able Access Elevator.
Very knowledgeable friendly service
Use this company! We had an elevator that so many elevator companies tell us was going to cost us $3,000 just to get somebody out and that they were probably going to shut it down anyway. This company came out and did the assessment and fixed need elevator within a week of our call. No fear-mongering or threatening elevator pressure like we had seen in the past. Very friendly and extremely helpful! Definitely making this our elevator company for life.
