Always accomplish the purpose of taxes
Stay away from ABL Tax Service! ABL prepared my tax returns for nine years. During that time, ABL made annual errors by failing to depreciate my rental property. When I took my taxes to a new firm last year, the preparer immediately asked for the depreciation table. When I told him that ABL advised against taking depreciation, he said they made egregious errors that lost $57,834 in depreciation.
I got my taxes done with Abl Tax the last six years with Melissa and she was great and very professional. This year Melissa wasn't able to prepare my taxes, so I was assigned Robert. He provided a less than desirable service with preparing my taxes to say the least. When I reached out to the owner, he never got back to me to address the issue.
