Avoid hiring this contractor. Quality of work is very poor, dishonest, uses low quality materials, can’t meet deadlines. I had to hire another contractor to redo some of the work he did. Paid him all work done. He hasn’t paid the plumbing/HVAC company he hired for my project. The plumbing/HVAC company filed a mechanic’s lien on my property for over $43,000 for nonpayment. Report him to the Virginia Contractor’s Board and keep him away from good people. AVOID AVOID. Save yourself time and money.

While it took a few weeks to get someone out to provide an estimate on the project we had, the customer support specialist Katrina was initially communicative. Afterwards, I haven't heard anything in regards to the estimate for weeks. After consistently trying to reach out, I haven't even received a response, let alone a price to move forward with the work. Called for an estimate. Person who took my call was nice and sounded professional, asking for my email and said I would get an email to confirm appointment time after saying when next date would be. I never got an email or call, even after I called back to see if my info was taken down right. Frustrating. Guess they too busy for more work but at least they should follow up.
I have contracted with ABL on multiple projects. Each time the service was prompt, courteous and professional. Pricing was reasonable and work was outstanding. ABL is my recommendation if you want work done in a professional and timely manner.
